Is one more misplaced belief about Diabetes diet coming to an end ? Does diabetes truly require a strict and specific dietary regime ?
If you are already suffering from this horible illness, or merely interested in keeping your health intact (that is, before you find any clear signs of diabetes), you may have already met with various attitudes towards the best diabetes diet. Here are some examples to nutritionists' comments about diabetes diet. A professional naturopath states that "it may be very unwise to eat regular amounts of fruits, reach in carbohydrates, when there are clear signs of diabetes". Another, relating to ancient Chinese medicine wisdom, states that "cold" raw foods, and other undercooked foods might lower the body's natural balancing operation, thus making it harder to control blood sugar as well.
